The processing of personal data relating to this site is subject to Belgian law. In particular, they are subject to the law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data and, from 25 May 2018, to the European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“GDPR”).
2/ The data we collect
No personal data is automatically collected by the site itself. The only data that we process are those that you voluntarily communicate to us, for example by choosing a language, by filling in a contact or request form on the site, by communicating with us by e-mail, etc. In this context, the personal data that we may collect and process depending on your use of the site are the following
General personal information such as your title, surname, first name, gender, date and place of birth, telephone number, postal address, email address and IP address.
Your language preferences.
The description and postal address of your property.
The characteristics of the properties you are looking for (your search criteria).
Other personal data that you actively provide, for example, by requesting “owner’s area” access on this website, in correspondence and by telephone.
Your location data.
Data about your activities on our website.
Data about your surfing habits across different websites (e.g. because our company is part of an ad network).
Where possible, we also record the date on which the personal data was provided or on which certain adjustments were made to this data.
The personal data recorded may also contain other information, such as your product or service preferences and/or information about your lifestyle choices (region, neighbourhood, types of property sought, etc.) which you have communicated to us in the context of our professional relations.
Other data that may be collected automatically are only collected by statistical tools, such as Google Analytics, and only concern the date, time, your TCP/IP address, the brand and latest version of your browser, the web pages consulted, but remain completely anonymous.
We may also process data about you from third parties such as the media (immoweb, vlan, logicimmo, …). These are only communicated to us following a request via the forms made available on their respective sites. We may also receive information about you from partners with whom we offer joint services or carry out joint marketing actions. We may also receive information about you through social media, for example, when you interact with us on social media. We protect all data obtained from third parties in accordance with the practices described in this policy. We also apply any additional restrictions imposed by the source of the data.
3/ Use of data

5/ Security of your data
We are very attentive to the security and confidentiality of your personal data.

6/ Transfer of data to third parties
Your data is only used internally and will therefore never be transferred or sold to other natural or legal persons, whether or not they are related to our company. Furthermore, all our employees or independent service providers who have access to your data are bound by a strict duty of confidentiality.
Your personal data may be communicated to subcontractors (e.g. banks, IT service providers, clouds, etc.), but only in the context of services provided on our behalf on the basis of our instructions and in accordance with this declaration. In the event that a third party is entrusted with the processing of collected data on our behalf, a data processing agreement will be concluded by us with the third party in question in order to guarantee the same level of protection and confidentiality of the personal data collected. In all cases, we remain responsible for the processing of such data.
With regard to the storage of your personal data, we guarantee that we will only select service providers that comply with the provisions of the GDPR.
If necessary, we may transmit your personal data when required to do so by the judicial or administrative authorities, but in compliance with the applicable legislation.
7/ Retention period
We undertake not to retain your personal data beyond the period deemed necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned in this charter.
8/ Your rights
In accordance with the applicable legislation, you have at all times the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing and the right to portability of your personal data, as well as the right not to be subject to a decision based exclusively on automated processing, including profiling.
Grant Properties SPRL will notify each recipient to whom the personal data has been communicated of any rectification or erasure of personal data or any restriction of the processing thereof, unless such communication proves impossible or requires disproportionate effort.
You may also withdraw your consent at any time for the uses you have previously authorised. The revocation of your consent for any of these uses of your personal data will only apply for the future and will not affect the processing already carried out.

9/ Updating
We reserve the right to make changes to this charter in order to take into account any legal, jurisprudential or technical developments. Only the latest version will prevail.
