9/ Disputes and applicable law

To this end, the parties hereto undertake to participate in at least one mediation meeting by delegating a person with decision-making authority. The mediator shall be chosen by the parties. In the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute arising from the execution or interpretation of the present agreement will be subject to Belgian law and will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Grant Properties.
